VILLA TOSCANA

It is a beautiful villa, located just outside San Rafael village with the best restaurants and clubs of Ibiza.

The parking area, with space for several cars, can be accessed via an iron gate.

The beautiful landscaped garden features a large swimming pool (12×4 m), with a stone terrace and sun loungers,parasols and two chillouts. .

In front of the villa, lies an enormous terrace with several seating- and dining areas and a bar. These areas have outdoor lighting so you can enjoy these places both during day and night.

The entrance leads to the large living room which features comfortable sofas, and a wooden dining-table. It has satellite TV, a DVD-player, music equipment and internet access. A staircase leads to the wine-cellar. Next to it is a separate room with sofa and fireplace.

The  kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cookingplate, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer combination and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the linen-room with a washingmachine and dryer.

There are two bedrooms, both of them with a double-bed and a bathroom, one of them with a bathtub and floorheating.

The separate guesthouse has a bedroom-livingroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washingbasin.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with small paths and lights. The whole terrain is fenced and the access from terrace to the swimmingpool can be closed, which makes it a save surrounding for children.
