Luxurious modern villa with 5 bedrooms & 4 guesthouses in the heart of Ibiza Island, between San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis. Its strategic location makes it an ideal place to enjoy and learn the “quiet Ibiza”, and have a few miles the nightlife and popular beaches worldwide.

VILLA LAYOUT

This villa consists of a main house of 1.000m2, that can accommodates 10 persons comfortably in the main house (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) and other 10 persons in the 4 guesthouses, total capacity for 20 persons.

The villa is a modern stylish villa built on two floors surrounded by a fenced garden and palm trees. The various chill-out and dining areas can recreate nice dinner/parties around the swimming pool or inside the big living room. Everything in the villa has been thought for accommodating 22 persons; any person can relax on their own in the big bedroom or share fun and entertainment with their own friends around the swimming pool or in the nice terrace overlooking the peaceful mountains of San Rafael.

Besides the main house, the property includes 4 independent apartments (40 to 70m2), of which 3 have 1 double room, and one has 2 bedrooms.
